It is a Philippine rice steamed cake. Puto Puti (white rice cakes) is the most common. Ube flavor and pandan are also available.
Kutsinta is one of the tradional Filipino rice cakes but usually in an orange shade because of the annatto powder and uses lye water as an ingredient. It is served with fresh grated coconut on top.
